PARKLAND, FL-  Our Best of Parkland series continues with Parkland attorney Tara David, who has spent her professional career helping area families plan for the future.

Tara David has built a reputation across South Florida for helping families protect personal estate. Through her firm, Estate Law of Florida®, P.A., David focuses on creating clear, comprehensive estate plans that allow clients to feel confident about the future. David has over 13 years of experience, guiding individuals through wills, trusts, long-term planning strategies, and tools designed to keep their estates protected and probate-free.

David has lived and worked in the Parkland area for many years, and she says the people here play a defining role in why she built her practice the way she did.

“Serving this community is the heart of why I opened my firm. Parkland isn’t just a place. It’s people who show up for each other. Giving back here feels like investing in my own extended family,” David said.

David’s Estate Law of Florida®, P.A. operates from three offices: Lighthouse Point, Boca Raton, and Coconut Creek, providing convenient access for clients throughout the region. For people who prefer or require remote assistance, the firm also offers virtual services statewide. David says the is to make estate planning accessible, understandable, and stress-free for every Floridian who needs it.

Tara David’s commitment to community extends into her volunteer work supporting local nonprofis. She’ll spend part of her upcoming weekend volunteering at SOS Children’s Village, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in foster care. David says service is an important part of her life, and she sees community involvement as a natural extension of her practice.
David says the sense of connection she finds in Parkland influences how she approaches her clients’ needs. Many of the people she helps are parents, retirees, and long-time residents who want to protect their families, and she views each case with that spirit of empathy and responsibility.

“Parkland surrounds my family and I with people who share our values. Being involved here feels natural because this community lifts us up too,” adds David.

David also understands that estate planning can feel overwhelming for many people. The emotional weight of planning for the future, combined with the misconception that estate work is only for the wealthy or elderly, often keeps families from taking action. She works to break those barriers by educating clients, answering questions in plain language, and tailoring each plan to fit a family’s unique situation. Whether someone needs a simple will or a full trust-based plan, David’s focus is on clarity and peace of mind.

As Florida’s population continues to grow and families look for ways to protect their long-term security, David remains committed to making estate planning a straightforward and empowering experience. For her, the work is about more than documents and legal strategy; it’s about supporting the community that has supported her in return.
